Chris enjoys helping people with a variety of different goals with the most rewarding aspect being shift mindsets around exercise and food.

He educates people so that they can have flexible lifestyle including exercise and healthy eating habits.

His greatest achievement is the community that he has created with the members of his small group training classes.

Chris has significant education in fitness, training and metabolic precision. He is currently undertaking a bachelor degree in psychology to support his clients in achieving physical and mental transformation.

Previously Chris worked for several studios for over 6 years and now operates small gym for semi-private strength classes. He has a strong focus on correct lifting technique and safe strength training.
