Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is a powerful form of manual soft tissue therapy, that reduces pain and restores function to muscles, nerves, fascia and other connective tissues.

Hands-on pressure will be applied during your remedial massage to improve the integrity and function of all muscles in your body.

Treatment will involve a brief assessment, hands-on treatment and guidance for ongoing treatment. Massage may be helpful for the following conditions:

  • Headaches (migraine, tension)
  • Whiplash
  • Joints and tendon misalignment
  • Rotator cuff injuries
  • Muscle strains and tendonitis (ITB, hip flexor, calves, biceps, more)
  • Sciatica (sciatic nerve pain)
  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
  • Osteoarthritis management
  • Repetitive strain injuries (RSI)
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS)
  • Shin splints
  • Plantar fasciitis

“I focus on treating the musculoskeletal system to allieviate pain and maintain health.”
