Small Group Training

While all exercise is good, a qualified fitness trainer will teach you how to use your body in the correct manner intended by the exercises, reducing the chance of injury and increasing your opportunity for positive gains.

We provide a friendly, challenging, supportive environment full of like-minded people to help you achieve your fitness goals. Workouts are in small groups of up to 4 people in a private gym in West End.

Catering to all fitness levels a regular strength training program helps you reduce body fat and burn calories more efficiently, which can result in healthy fat loss and/or muscle gain.

  • Follow a 12 week program
  • Take cardio training that is short, sharp and intense
  • Sessions are 30-45 minutes
  • Monthly challenges will keep you accountable and focused, and prizes will give you an added incentive along with the awesome results you will see
  • We exercise together for motivation and support i.e. everyone will give you stick for not showing up!
  • Be part of a community, help us grow while you get results.
